ICJT නොහොත් International Consortium of Investigative Journalists නැමති සංවිධානය විසින් මුදල් අයථා පරිහරණයට සාක්ෂි සපයන රහසිගත ලිපිගොනු මිලියන 11.5 ක් ප්රසිද්ධ කර තිබෙනවා. රටවල් 50ක දේශපාලනඥයන් 150ක්, අායතන 21 සහ තවත් බොහෝ ප්රභල පුද්ගලයන් රැසක තොරතුරු ඒ් අතර වනවා.
